To get testnet USDG you must login and go to the faucet page. Here, you can request funds via Twitter or discord. Each user can get $100k USDG and 0.02 Goerli ETH every 24 hours.
Twitter
When you click the Twitter button you will be redirected to Twitter with a pre-typed message with your wallet address. After you post it, you will need to wait up to 5 mins to receive the funds in your wallet.
Discord
To request funds via discord you can join the discord and send your wallet address in the #request-funds channel.
