The goal of the protocol and tokenomics is to facilitate a real estate ecosystem between renters, investors, and Gypsy in a way that:

1. Enables rent-to-own for renters
2. Renters are able to move between homes all over the world easily
3. Highly profitable for investors
4. Enables the protocol to purchase more properties
5. Profitable for the REIT so that it can grow its operations
