Gypsy plans to partner with makerdao to enable $GPSY as collateral to borrow DAI. This would allow yield farmers to utilize $GPSY as a step in the yield farm to generate consistent, real yield.
Rental payments are paid out daily to GPSY holders who have held the token for at least 1 day. Rental payments can be inconsistent and variable based on:
The home is unoccupied due to being unable to rent
The home is being repaired
The home is having its initial setup
These factors will result in Gypsy not receiving rent and therefore not being able to pass the rental payment to GPYS holders. As Gypsy grows its number of homes, these effects will have less of a drastic effect on the yield of GPSY.
